This bug is cosmetic and has to do with the need to refresh the cache for certain web browsers. If you are experiencing problems logging into the iGetBetter web site or if pages are not loading or displaying properly, please follow the instructions below for a remedy.

Cache reset Instructions:

The instruction below are organized first by device and then by browser. So you if you are experiencing problems in Apple’s Safari web browser on an iPad, look for the “iPhone and iPad” section and then find “Safari.”


iPad and iPhone

Safari:


 1.Go to the Settings app

 2.Swipe down until you see Safari and tap it

 3.Tap “Clear History and Website Data”


Chrome:


 1.Tap on the vertical row of three dots in the upper right hand corner of the screen

 2.Tap on Settings

 3.Tap on Privacy and Security

 4.Tap on “Clear Browsing Data”

 5.Make sure only Clear Cached Images and Files is checked (tap on the checkmarks to remove them)

 6.Tap “Clear Browsing Data”

 7.Tap “Clear Browsing Data” again, to confirm it


Android Phone and Tablet:

Chrome:


 1.Tap the three vertical dots

 2.Tap History

 3.Tap Clear browsing data

 4.Select the checkbox for “Cached images and files”

 5.Tap Clear browsing data


Firefox:


 1.Click on the Menu button (three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner)

 2.Choose Settings

 3.Click “Clear Private Data”

 4.Select “Cache” (you can deselect everything else)

 5.Tap “Clear Data”


Apple computer

Safari:


 1.Click on Safari in the menu bar

 2.Click on Preferences

 3.Click on the Privacy tab

 4. Click Manage Website Data

    5.Click on “Remove All”


Chrome:


 1.Press the Shift, Command, and Delete keys together

 2.Check “Cached Images and Files” in the dialog box that pops up. You can uncheck everything else

 3.Click “Clear Browsing Data”


Firefox:


 1.Click on the Menu button (three horizontal lines in the upper right-hand corner)

 2.Choose Preferences

 3.Click on Advanced

 4.Click on Network

 5.In the “Cached Web Content” section, click “Clear Now”
